Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 SoSo Cycles is seeking a skilled and motivated BMW Motorcycle Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service and repair work while maintaining the performance, safety, and reliability standards expected of BMW Motorrad. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about motorcycles and the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW motorcycles to manufacturer standards
Accurately complete Repair Orders (ROs) with detailed documentation of work performed
Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs
Maintain productivity and efficiency in line with shop goals and flat-rate standards
Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and on time
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all BMW Motorrad processes, training requirements, and certifications
Assist in keeping shop equipment and tools in proper working condition

Qualifications

Previous motorcycle technician experience required (BMW experience preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with dealership service operations and DMS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement preferred
BMW Motorrad certifications (or willingness to obtain)
