Location: A&W 9935, 2204 Pleasant Valley Road, Pleasant Valley, WV, 26554 Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W in Pleasant Valley, WV. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant Supervise and train staff members Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Manage inventory and control costs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Handle customer inquiries and complaints Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Parmarstores
