Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager

We have immediate openings for *Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers* to join our team on large-scale commercial construction projects throughout *New Mexico*.

*WHAT YOU'LL DO*

*Project Administration & Support*

* Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering projects *on time and on budget*
* Support assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout, following our project responsibility matrix
* Monitor and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
* Regularly visit jobsites across New Mexico to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality
* Provide consistent updates and accurate records to keep the team informed

*Relationship Management*

* Build strong partnerships with Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, Desing Partners and Owners
* Identify value-added opportunities to exceed client and stakeholder expectations
* Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused project team culture

*WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR*

* Degree in *Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field* (students near completion encouraged to apply)
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
* Desire to grow into a long-term career in commercial construction
* Field or industry experience a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
