HCM Analyst - Workday

Frazer Jones is seeking a talented HCM Analyst to support our client’s Human Capital Management (HCM) department, focusing on HCM applications and Workday modules. This role works within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering with Human Resources, Information Technology and other business teams to drive enhancements, support core HCM programs and optimize employee lifecycle processes.The ideal candidate demonstrates a balance of ownership and collaboration, bringing strong analytical thinking, a willingness to support team priorities and a commitment to service excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with gathering and translating business process requirements from key stakeholders into scalable technical solutionsContribute to the development and maintenance of project plans supporting the timely execution of strategic initiatives.Support the execution of core HCM programs, including Performance Management, Open Enrollment, and other HR initiatives.Review, test, and support the deployment of system upgrades and enhancements.Prepare and maintain user documentation and training materials.Support training efforts for system users and new team members.Support compliance reporting and data governance activities.Perform audit reporting to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and leverage AI-enabled tools where appropriate.Provide support for day-to-day HCM operations and ad hoc projects.Location: New York, NYSchedule: On site, Friday’s typically remote Compensation: $80-$100K + Discretionary Bonus, Competative Full Benefits The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
