Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Colorado to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare move-in packages. You’ll inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and renewals.
