What You'll Do as an Interior Aircraft Mechanic Play a crucial role in bringing aircraft interiors to life by assembling, installing, repairing, and refinishing components such as seating, galleys, lavatories, and more. Apply expert-level airbrush painting skills, including color matching and blending, to repair interior decorative laminate and create luxurious aircraft cabins. Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and work orders to ensure precision and accuracy. Conduct quality inspections to meet stringent industry standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. What You'll Need to Be Successful Proven experience in interior aircraft component installation, repair, and rework. Expert-level airbrush painting skills, including color matching and blending. Experience with QMS and/or Velocity systems is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
