Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy experience to work in a rural healthcare facility located in Sterling, Illinois. The RN will be responsible for circulating OR cases including orthopedic, Da Vinci robotic surgeries, vascular, urology, and gynecology procedures, as well as supporting endoscopy cases. Candidates are required to bring their Illinois license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Sterling, Illinois
• Shift Time: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with call responsibilities
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• EMR System: Cerner
• Years of experience required: 2.0
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois nursing license; RN with Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy experience; experience in advanced Endoscopy preferred.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, starting at 7:00 AM, with call 1-2 days per week and every 4th or 5th weekend (Friday-Monday). Flexibility needed for staying after shift to finish cases that extend longer than expected.
• Travel Required: No
• Additional Information: The facility has 7 operating rooms including a C-section suite and an endovascular suite, performing approximately 1-2 C-sections weekly, 6 endovascular cases, and 20-25 cataracts per week.
