Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analytics specialist to transform large, intricate datasets into strategic business insights for our clients leadership team. While this is a business-focused role, it requires strong technical fluency to design automated workflows to streamline reporting. You will dive deep into performance, pricing, and operational metrics to spot trends and provide evidence-based recommendations. If you possess the ability to translate complex data into clear stories for non-technical managers, you will thrive in this position.

salary: $50,000 - $54,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Build Reports & Dashboards: Create clear charts, visual dashboards, and regular reports using spreadsheets and database tools to track sales, pricing, and company performance.

• Spot Business Trends: Clean and study large numbers to find patterns, errors, or changes in customer behavior, helping management understand what is driving the business.

• Automate Manual Work: Set up simple, automated workflows so reports update and send out on their own, saving the team time.

• Combine Different Data: Gather information from internal company systems and mix it with outside industry data to make sure all reporting is complete.

• Explain Findings Simply: Take complicated spreadsheets and numbers and turn them into easy-to-understand summaries and presentations for managers who aren't tech-savvy.

• Double-Check Accuracy: Review your own work closely to ensure every report, number, and metric is 100% accurate and reliable before it goes to leadership.

• Help with Special Projects: Answer quick, everyday data questions from different teams and jump in to support new business projects as they come up.
