Duties & Responsibilities
Provide outpatient ophthalmology clinical care, including patient evaluations and follow-ups.
Perform cataract surgeries and intravitreal injections.
Maintain a high volume of clinic patients (minimum 4 patients per hour).
Perform surgical procedures (12-14 per day) in the first week of each two-week rotation.
Collaborate with supporting MAs and ensure efficient workflow.
