Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our dental practice. This role offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours, competitive pay, and full benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming environment.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage inquiries.
Schedule appointments and send reminders using practice management software.
Assist with insurance verification and payment processing.

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (2+ years)

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office.
Familiarity with dental terminology and processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
