Candidate should be an independent critical thinker who is motivated to succeed. Duties include recruiting and walking people through the hiring process. Also included are all aspects of HR - building employee files, helping with facility orientation, working with supervisors to ensure proper orientation/integration into the team, and discipline to name a few.
