Registered Nurse - ISCU - Per Diem as needed

Hourly Pay Range $36.00 - $55.80 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position: Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit Location: Evanston, IL As needed Hours: 1900‑0730 and 0700‑1930 with some weekends Float: Highland Park Nursery What you will do Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU. Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high‑quality patient experience. What you will need Education: Graduate of a National League of Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA). License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required. Experience: 2+ years of current ISCU/NICU experience required. Unique or Preferred Skills: NICU/ISCU experience.
