Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns ensuring a positive experience. Meaningful Impact: Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions. What We're Looking For: Experience: Customer-facing Claims experience preferred. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals. Availabletowork evenings, weekends, and holidays. #geico200 Annual Salary $23.91 - $37.65 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
