Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team!

We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes in the area. Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, conscientious "people person" who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.

Compensation: Compensation starting at $50 per house showing, plus potential bonus
Compensation:$50 per showing plus bonus
Responsibilities:- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
- Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
- Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Although our office is newly opening, I am an experienced real estate professional with ties in the community and over 27 years of full-time real estate sales experience. I am looking to expand while maintaining and excelling in customer service! Real Estate Results With "CARE"!
