Assistant Dental Office Manager

In this role, you will work as an Assistant Dental Office Manager, which we call an Operations Lead. Responsibilities Report to the Manager and perform daily front‑office tasks. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards. Collaborate with the dental team and consult with patients on treatment options. Verify insurance payment, collection, and balance; manage nightly deposits and credit card processing. Supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team under the direction of the Manager. Review data daily to evaluate its impact on the practice. Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Analytical thinking with a premium on leveraging data. Organized and detail‑oriented. Job Type: Full‑time Salary: $23–$27 per hour Aspen Dental‑branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
