Laboratory Technician – Quality Control (3rd Shift) Job Description Join a growing quality control laboratory where you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet quality and safety standards before release. This position offers hands-on laboratory testing, opportunities to work independently, and exposure to a variety of analytical techniques in a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Collect samples from manufacturing and prepare them for analysis. Conduct laboratory testing including pH, wet chemistry, and other analytical methods. Accurately document and review results following GMP and SOP requirements. Communicate test results and quality concerns to production and quality teams. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related science field preferred. Laboratory experience through industry work, internships, research, or coursework. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PORTAGE, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.26 - $28.96/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
