Oversee non-clinical operations, including regulatory, privacy standards and compliance, fleet, inventory and supply management, and facilities maintenance Provide business analytics and manage vendor relationships Support operational innovation Identify compliance issues and violations through audits, investigations, inspections and assessments Monitor and implement changes in EMS regulations, including WV EMS Regulations and related equipment lists Recommend policy and training updates to maintain compliance Provide input into emergency response plans and coordinate with public health and safety agencies Serve as Safety Committee chair and lead monthly safety hazard audits Oversee Bio Med maintenance, grant and policy management, and mutual aid agreements Manage vendor relationships for equipment and facility maintenance Develop data collection and analysis systems to assess risk and resolve operational problems Maintain vendor relationships, asset management and tracking, and insurance policies Manage insurance claims and renewals and seek new vendor partnerships Support risk management strategies and provide regulatory and compliance guidance Oversee logistics, fleet and facility maintenance related to regulatory compliance and state licensure Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments Monitor relevant laws and regulations and update company policies Recommend and provide compliance training and education to employees Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies Advise senior management on compliance matters and potential risks Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation Remain informed about industry trends and compliance best practices Participate in compliance-related meetings Serve as the
