Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour depending on experience

If you can hold tight tolerances, read a complex print at a glance, and keep chips flying while staying safe and organized, this role is for you.

What Success Looks Like

• You confidently operate CNC lathes and turning centers to hit daily production goals.
• You load raw materials and remove finished parts with care and consistency.
• You interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure every feature meets spec.
• You use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions at first piece and in process.
• You make basic offsets and tool adjustments to keep parts within tolerance.
• You watch tool wear, swap out dull/damaged tools, and log changes.
• You maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation.
• You follow all safety and quality procedures without exception.
• You complete production and inspection paperwork cleanly and accurately.

What You’ll Need

• Experience operating CNC lathes preferred.
• Exposure to Mazak machines and Mazatrol programming/control is a plus.
• Ability to read prints and apply GD&T principles.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Foundational knowledge of CNC operation and cutting tooling.
• Detail-driven approach and quality mindset.
• Dependable, collaborative, and self-directed.
• Strong attendance record and work ethic.
