CNC Machinist

Location: Kentwood, MI
Pay: $24–$28/hour, based on experience and shift
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Kentwood, MI. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, multiple shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Friday, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay will vary based on experience and shift.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment
Operate CNC lathes, mills, Swiss machines, multi-spindle screw machines, and grinders
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and specifications
Perform basic machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting
Produce precision components for the automotive, medical, and electrical industries

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant machining experience
CNC lathe and/or mill experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with CNC machining and precision measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
High school diploma or equivalent
