Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist within the Payant Wealth Management Group serves as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors, delivering a high level of professionalism, warmth, and organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent client experience, and effective administrative support within the advisory firm. Location Sun City Center Role Type Full Time (onsite) Salary $48,000 + bonus Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent (minimum required) or undergraduate degree (preferred) Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, prospective clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Schedule appointments and respond to general client inquiries and elevate issues as appropriate. Maintain advisor calendars and coordinate follow-up meetings. Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed. Prepare and mail client birthday cards each month. Order and maintain office supplies. Provide general administrative support, as needed. Assist with planning client events, workshops, and seminars. Protect confidential client and firm information at all times. Basic Requirements Prior experience in a client service, administrative, or office support role Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or CRM systems a plus Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality Preferred Requirements Experience in a financial services, RIA, or professional services environment Client-facing experience with high-net-worth or professional clientele Equal Opportunity Employer Osaic is an equal opportunity employer.
