AdviniaCare, a premier provider of senior lifestyle and care services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a nurse at AdviniaCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
- Experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
