AI Strategic Operations Manager (Remote - US) We are looking for an AI Strategic Operations Manager in the United States . The role will drive the strategic and operational management of an organization's AI portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and accelerating AI adoption across functions. You will oversee program prioritization, track progress, manage stakeholder communications, and establish best practices for AI initiatives. As a central point for knowledge management, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, provide executive-level insights, and ensure that AI projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. The position requires a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, capable of influencing decisions, optimizing resources, and implementing frameworks that maximize AI impact. Accountabilities Develop and deliver executive-level summaries of AI portfolio progress, risks, and outcomes to inform leadership decisions Implement prioritization frameworks for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimized resource allocation Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder reporting, considering dependencies, risks, and constraints Establish and promote best practices for AI portfolio management, integrating existing tools and processes for efficiency Lead knowledge management initiatives, including organizing cross-functional meetings, setting agendas, and fostering information sharing Collaborate with AI, strategy, and operational teams to drive adoption and execution of AI programs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field 7+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or strategic roles, preferably within AI, technology, or healthcare Proven experience managing AI portfolios, including prioritization frameworks, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment Strong understanding of AI technologies, software architecture principles, and project management best practices; familiarity with biotech or healthcare applications is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering executive-level reports and facilitating cross-functional meetings Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Smartsheet, or similar) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, strategic, and collaborative environment Preferred: PMP certification or AI-related certifications, and experience in biotech/life sciences Benefits Competitive salary: $114,100—$142,600 USD, depending on experience and location Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Paid leave, including pregnancy and baby bonding benefits 401(k) retirement plan and commuter benefits Flexible remote work arrangements within the U.S. Professional growth and development opportunities in a cutting-edge AI environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
