Your main goal will be to enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements.
To do so, you'll partner closely with AMER Sales leadership and the GTM Systems & Automation team to deliver data-driven insights, streamline operations, and execute initiatives that help the region hit ambitious growth targets.
Partner with the VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.
Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
Translate data into strategic recommendations that inform revenue targets and growth initiatives.
Support accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews across the AMER region.
Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks to track regional sales performance.
Process Improvement & Optimization

Continuously improve sales and RevOps processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Program Management & Cross-Functional Initiatives

Ensure alignment across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Systems teams on key projects.
Manage programs from concept to execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and measurable.
Revenue Operations experience: You have 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
You've supported AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations and understand the regional nuances.
You make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and forecasting to inform strategy.
You build trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
You're comfortable with Salesforce (admin level), Google Sheets, and automation tools like n8n.
Data visualization skills: You can build dashboards or reports in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
You have working knowledge of SQL or similar analytical tools.
You've operated in high-growth, fast-scaling B2B SaaS environments.
You'll be the go-to strategic partner for Sales leadership, driving insights, efficiency, and automation in one of Europe's fastest-growing startups.
