No Cold Calling Required. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team in Wilmington. You'll answer inbound calls, provide moving estimates, recommend services, and help customers through one of life's biggest transitions. No prospecting. No cold calling. No door knocking. Compensation Base Salary: $35,000 annually Additional Earnings Include: Commission on every personal sale Up to 7.5% commission on select products Monthly performance bonuses Customer satisfaction bonuses Top performers regularly earn $55,000+ annually. All inbound sales leads — NO cold calling 120 hours PTO awarded on Day One Six paid holidays Health insurance (50% employer paid) Dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan (based on store profitability) Paid training Ongoing coaching and professional development Supportive, team-oriented culture What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls and online inquiries Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service Recommend moving services based on customer needs Prepare accurate moving estimates using company software Schedule moves and coordinate customer information Follow up with customers throughout the sales process Resolve customer questions professionally and efficiently Consistently achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For At least one year of sales or customer service experience Inbound sales, inside sales, call center, retail sales, or customer support experience preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Customer Service Representative Call Center Representative Account Representative Banking or Financial Services Insurance Sales Hospitality Property Management Leasing Consultant Business Development Collections Telecommunications Moving or Logistics Customer Service Why TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® ?
