Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend the right solutions, resolve concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. They stay up‑to‑date with product features, maintain high quality and visual standards, and meet the store’s sales goals. Locations: #5176188 Main Street, Wilmington, MA 01887-2099 and #5384 349 Main Street, Reading, MA 01867 . Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work order files and formulas Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as required Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales Qualifications Minimum requirements At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends If internal to Sherwin‑Williams, a “meets expectations” rating on the most recent performance appraisal If internal, completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses Preferred qualifications High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Prior experience selling paint or paint‑related products Prior experience operating tinting and mixing equipment EEO Statement Sherwin‑Williams is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
