Job Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments and formulate unique treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their families about therapy goals, transition to home, and exercises to continue their progress
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards
• Engage in care team collaborations and interdisciplinary meetings to promote coordinated and comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or similar degree from an accredited educational institution

Certification Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional certifications (e.g., in neurology, geriatrics) are advantageous but not compulsory

Key Skills

• Previous relevant experience is highly preferred
