The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. Responsibilities Merchandise Planning & Strategy Build seasonal and annual merchandise plans that support financial targets and growth goals. Turn sales performance, customer insights, and trend data into clear assortment and sales strategies. Refine assortments by category, price point, and customer segment to drive productivity. Manage financial plans to hit IMU, margin, and inventory productivity targets. Data Analysis & Forecasting Guide buying decisions through competitive analysis, market intelligence, and industry trend tracking. Evaluate sell-through, margin, and inventory turn to spot risks and opportunities, adjusting plans as needed. Build forecasts and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership. Work with Design and Sourcing to secure competitive pricing and standout product. Lead line reviews and product selection to keep offerings aligned with brand strategy and customer demand. Manage delivery timelines and product lifecycle performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Planning, Marketing, and E-commerce to execute go-to-market and promotional strategies that support sales and inventory goals.
