This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.Key Responsibilities – Accounting SpecialistProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timelyReconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accountsPrepare and post journal entries and maintain accounting recordsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesGenerate financial reports and support management with accounting analysisMonitor and resolve discrepancies in financial transactionsMaintain vendor and customer account recordsSupport audit requests and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting proceduresQualifications – Accounting SpecialistAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experienceProficiency with accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsExperience with ERP systems is a plus
