Lead Construction Projects: PM & Estimator

The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, estimating, overseeing, andcoordinating construction projects from start to finish. This role requires ensuring that allprojects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Estimator/Project Manager will work closely with various teams, clients, and subcontractorsto ensure the successful delivery of each project. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead multiple construction projects, overseeing all phases from estimating tocompletion. Identify prospective project opportunities, estimating job costs, acquiring subcontractorand material vendor quotes Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure all resources are usedeffectively. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth projectexecution. Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address any delays, cost overruns, orissues. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, qualitycontrol, and project specifications. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing anyconcerns or issues. Approve project deliverables, including work completed by subcontractors and materialpurchases. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and companypolicies. Prepare reports and updates for senior management on project performance, includingfinancials, timelines, and key metrics. Negotiate and procure contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to securefavorable terms. Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and project managementpractices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldpreferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in excavation, site development, or utility installation. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines andbudget constraints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Team-player mentality, with the willingness to work in conjunction with the entiremanagement team Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverseteams. Experience with HCSS Software, including HeavyBid and HeavyJob Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
