As a Senior Banking Advisor III within PNC's Asset Management organization, you will be based in Bethesda, MD. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description Identifies and provides guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team. Leverages developed networks of internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services. Highly proficient at building relationships with internal and external partners, clients and COIs. Makes day-to-day decisions in executing AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency. Highly proficient in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services. Manages/monitors book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue. Demonstrates advanced ability to analyze, evaluate, structure, and mitigate credit risk for the most complex credit requests by utilizing knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. Provides leadership and mentoring to members of team. Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $134,000.00 – $249,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
