Full-Time School-Based Speech Therapist (SLP) – Richmond, TX

2026–2027 Academic Year

A school-based role with balance, flexibility, and strong support.

Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time opportunity in the Richmond, TX area. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a consistent schedule and a team-oriented environment.

About the Position

In this role, you'll help students improve communication skills that impact both classroom performance and daily interactions. You'll work closely with school teams to support student success through targeted interventions.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Texas SLP license (or in progress)
  • CCCs preferred, but CF candidates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy services based on IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and track student progress
  • Collaborate with staff and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation
