Recruiter, Human Resources Dept, Full Time, Day Shift,

Position Summary:
Facilitate process of sourcing candidates for hard to fill positions by partnering with hiring managers within the facility identifying key criteria to prescreen and attract qualified candidates effectively. Through the use of job boards, referrals, market intelligence and own networking efforts, will be focusing on pro-actively identifying talent and generating a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles. Will manage and follow the screening process of the candidate with the use of our applicant tracking system, including coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and report on metrics that will identify and optimize resources that will yield results.

Position Qualification:
• 3 years experience in recruitment, healthcare industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results driven and customer oriented
• Independent, reliable and can work under pressure
• Headhunter experience is preferred
• AA degree required, BS preferred

Additional languages:

Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) preferred

Certifications:
PHR preferred

Must clear background and drug test required.
