We're hiring for a boutique commercial litigation firm in Dallas representing businesses in complex disputes across construction, real estate, employment, insurance defense, oil & gas, and more. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team.

What You'll Do
Support active litigation matters from intake through trial — drafting documents, managing discovery, handling state and federal e-filings, and keeping cases on track.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation
- Paralegal Certificate required
- Strong knowledge of court rules, filings, and legal procedures
- Experience with drafting, discovery, and case management
- Proficiency in e-filing and Microsoft Office
- eDiscovery experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $100,000 annually. Pay within this range may be influenced by geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
