Vice President of Corporate FP&A

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Vice President of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. Reporting to the CFO, this executive will modernize FP&A capabilities through data-driven analytics, technology enablement, and strategic insights while managing a team of 13-15 professionals.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise annual operating plan, forecasting processes, and long-range planning cycles
Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews across revenue, margin, expenses, and cash flow
Deliver strategic insights and Board-ready reporting to CFO and Executive Leadership Team
Define and execute FP&A technology roadmap including EPM, BI, automation, and advanced analytics
Lead, develop, and mentor team of approximately 15-20 direct and indirect finance professionals

Requirements

Extensive experience in FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance leadership
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management
Strong background in finance technology, business intelligence, and data analytics
Proven track record managing and developing finance teams at senior levels
Experience with scenario modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced forecasting techniques
Strategic business partner skills and executive communication abilities
