Software Engineer

Responsibilities Work as part of an on‑call rotation: 8‑hour shifts, all 7 days of the week (including weekends). Triage production issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve incidents. Collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams. Work and collaborate with teammates and other teams across the organization and globally. Develop, learn, and maintain applications and services in the public cloud, ideally Azure. Engineer and manage applications and services hosted in containerized environments, preferably Kubernetes. Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and core programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. At least 2 years of experience in an operations/production support role. At least 1 year of experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL). At least 1 year of experience with a core programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript). Experience managing applications and services in a public cloud environment, preferably Azure. Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Azure, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Datadog, Glassbox, Splunk, Postman or Insomnia. Ability to work independently and learn without significant external help. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dynatrace and other monitoring/alerting/dashboard tools. Experience with React, Node.js, or other modern JavaScript libraries. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (e.g., Terraform). Git and GitHub proficiency. Experience with Rally. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work and collaborate with teammates and larger organizational teams worldwide. Enthusiasm to learn new applications and tools. Problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis. Experience managing containerized application environments, preferably Kubernetes. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $72,800 to $130,000 per year for full‑time employees, based on local labor markets, experience, and education. Additional benefits include equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, incentive and recognition programs, and a comprehensive benefits package subject to eligibility.
