What we expect from you… Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) Find local family-friendly events, festivals, and outreach opportunities where we can connect with new families. Attend community events as a Little Gym ambassador- engaging families, generating leads, and creating excitement about The Little Gym. Provide an outstanding customer experience. We treat our customers like family! You must be over 18 for this role. You’d fit in here if… You love kids, high 5’s, and having fun! A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or cheer is a plus. You’re outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people. You’re a self-starter who can seek out opportunities and get things done. Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too. You bring positive energy but know when it’s time to buckle down and work. You may think we’re awesome because… You’ll stay active and get your steps in while you work. Athleisure is your vibe? Great- t-shirts, yoga pants, and bare feet are our dress code. Rock a Birthday Party and parents may reward you with great tips! You’ll get out into the community and help spread Serious Fun to local families. We offer flexible scheduling, with many parties and events happening afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
