Works closely with machine adjusters during repairs as well as managing the processes to ensure preventive maintenance is performed to ensure highest output of machines.Read and evaluate electrical schematics and plans to repair, maintain and install equipmentAssist employees with repairs and diagnosis of equipment problemsResponsible for general maintenance and electrical work of grounds, facilities, processes and equipmentExperience in reading and troubleshooting from blueprints & schematics with system voltages 240 and 480 three-phase system.Troubleshoot and maintain motor control centers, motor start circuits, control loops, generators, high voltage switchgear, protective relaying, and related equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control.Use hand and power tools related to the electrical trades.Strong math skills including measurementTroubleshoot, read, and edit PLC logic.Troubleshoot using meters, computer, schematics and manualsWork independently and take ownership while working in a team environmentMaintain automation systems and interfacing with other factory control systems (PLC's, HMI's, robotics, drives and computers)Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.What you will bring:Experience performing complex electrical, electronics, computer, and PLC industrial maintenanceDemonstrated competency with Allen-Bradley PLC 5000, PanelView and SLC 500 equipment shown by passing Allen-Bradley skills requirement criteria.High School Diploma or GEDProficient reading and interpreting blueprints and schematicsAbility to use electrical/electronic testing equipment to such as multi-meters, ammeters, megohm meters, high potential testers, oscilloscopes, digital probes to troubleshoot and repair equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control.Ability to work overtime as neededAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$34.90Compensation Type:HourlyIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.Paid time off includes 15 vacation days, 9 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.Disclaimer: Benefit offerings may vary depending on Collective Bargaining Agreements and local/state regulations.Safety Sensitive Role:YesThe company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive.
