We are looking for professionals who: are committed to early childhood education as a vocation are organized and prepared every day to be fully present develop healthy relationships with all students, parents, and staff Qualifications We expect teachers to have a personal connection to and appreciation for Waldorf education, and we expect their understanding of Waldorf education to continue to develop over time. Formal teacher training is preferred, but not required.
