Accounts Semi-Senior / Outsourcing Semi Senior Norwich | £25,000 - £30,000 + ACA/ACCA Study Support | Hybrid WorkingPro Finance is working with a growing and ambitious accountancy practice in Norwich to recruit an Accounts Semi-Senior / Outsourcing Semi Senior. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic office that has expanded rapidly and continues to win significant new business. You'll work with a varied client portfolio, enjoy excellent progression prospects and gain exposure to accounts, outsourcing, VAT and personal tax work. With continued growth and trainees joining the team, there is a genuine opportunity to develop into a senior position and take on increasing responsibility in the coming years. The Role You’ll work closely with a range of owner-managed businesses, supporting the delivery of high-quality accounting and advisory services. Responsibilities include: Preparing year-end statutory accounts Bookkeeping and management accounts Preparing and reviewing VAT returns Assisting with personal tax compliance Liaising directly with clients and resolving queries Working with cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Dext Supporting senior team members on advisory and compliance work Building strong client relationships About You Previous experience within an accountancy practice Experience preparing year-end accounts Exposure to VAT and bookkeeping work Strong communication and client-facing skills Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, Dext or similar software ACA or ACCA studies underway, or plans to study What's on Offer? £25,000 - £30,000 salary ACA / ACCA study support Genuine progression opportunities Exposure to a broad and interesting client portfolio Hybrid and flexible working Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern cloud-based systems and processes Parking close to the office Easy access to Norwich city centre This role would suit an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Semi Senior, Outsourcing Assistant, Outsourcing Semi Senior, Assistant Accountant, Practice Accountant or Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA professional looking to join a growing practice with excellent long-term career prospects.
