Commercial Sewing Specialist (Full-Time) - Tamarack Packaging

What You'll Do

• Operate multiple commercial sewing machines, including Juki and Brothers.
• Maintain high-quality production standards throughout each run.
• Read and interpret sewing patterns and specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow operators in a traditional workplace culture that values innovation.
• Complete low-impact sewing tasks while continuing to develop and refine your skills.

Schedule

• First shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Work setting: onsite

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in commercial sewing techniques, including experience with Juki and/or Brothers machines.
• Strong attention to detail when reading patterns and executing specifications.
• Problem-solving skills to address sewing challenges as they arise.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Organization and task management skills to keep work flowing smoothly.
• Adaptability across a variety of projects and sewing techniques.
