Sr BSAClient: Client HorizonLocation: 3 Penn Plaza East, Newark - ONSITE DAY ONE needs to be in office for 10 days in a monthDuration: 10 monthsLocal to NJ they have to join office starting 4/11/2022Business Analyst Level 2Experience/Skillset:8+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is requiredAt least 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry is requiredCan manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managersSME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership, Claims, Benefits, Pricing, Vendor Delegation etc.Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories etc.Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologiesSelf-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic analytical skillsStrong time management, goal setting and task prioritization abilitiesMinimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
