Leads teams and other resources to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements for complex issues (quantity and magnitude). Acts as a representative of IT to the Enterprise regarding Enterprise Initiatives.We need the following Specific Skill Sets:The person we would be interested in would need to have experience working with:ANSI 837 P – with COB/ADJ VA and medicare claim experienceEDIFECS editing – SNIP levels 1-7Interpretation of the 999; 277 and TA1 transactionsCommunication skills – to be able to communicate with our trading partner communityICD10 industry knowledgeFamiliar with TextPad and/or Ultraedit editorsLeads and owns the analysis of complex issues and Coordinates the documentation of Business needsOversees the creation of technical documents and high level solution designsOversees the development, testing and implementation of system specifications.Recommends best practices for delivering Business solutionsActs as Subject Matter Expert in systems and technologiesEducation:Bachelor's Degree required (equivalent work experience may be considered)Work Experience:8+ years of related IT work experience preferably in the health insurance industryDemonstrated experience in a key lead role in major company initiatives and demonstrated leadership experienceSpecial Licensing or certifications:Professional Certification preferredKnowledge:Requires knowledge of system development life cycle and implementation methodologiesRequires strong ability to apply structure to loosely defined complex problemsDemonstrates understanding of core business functionsSkills:Requires skillful project execution experience and knowledgeRequires excellent verbal and written communication skillsRequires knowledge of programming, development, and technical architecture
