This role is responsible for developing recurring reports, maintaining dashboards, identifying trends, and translating complex data into clear insights for business leaders and cross-functional teams.As an Data Reporting Analyst you will:Collect, organize, analyze, and validate data from multiple internal systems and data sources.Develop, update, and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reporting requests.Use reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms to present business insights clearly.Write, modify, and validate SQL queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases.Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, define metrics, and translate needs into reporting solutions.Monitor report accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support data quality improvement efforts.Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities within operational, financial, workforce, or business performance data.Document reporting logic, metric definitions, data sources, and standard operating procedures.This is a Full Time opportunity.The ideal Data Reporting Analyst candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.1–3 years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, analytics, operations reporting, or a similar analytical role.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation.Experience with SQL or relational databases, including querying, filtering, joining, and summarizing data.Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, reports, or data visualizations.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate, reliable, and timely reporting.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate status updates effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.Pay Rate: $39*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
