Operations Processor 1

We are looking for a focused, detail-oriented, and reliable Operations Support Specialist to join our Payment Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in day-to-day lockbox processing—handling high-volume physical mail, opening payments, preparing deposits, and operating scanning machinery. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high accuracy and efficiency, and is eager to cross-train on new equipment and digital scanning systems over time.

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Primary job is to open payments (standard lockbox processing)
• There are transaction negotiations that they will be trained on
• Operating Flacon Opex machine to scan items
• Payment Processions (transaction negotiations) 
• Preparing deposits
• Preparing incoming mail to be extracted in to the system
• Opening envelopes and stacking checks, getting it ready for others to scan in to the system
• Will be cross trained in other systems
• Manual work, not initially technical but if there is openings-eventually operating a desktop scanner
• Accuracy and efficiency is important
• Massive transformation taking place to standardize and simplify process equipment
