We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract role working with middle and high school students. In this position, you’ll provide therapy and intervention for a manageable caseload of approximately 25–30 students, fostering communication skills that empower them academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP licensure required.
• SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience working in school-based settings beneficial.
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to middle and high school students with moderate disabilities.
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress.
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives.
