The Executive will take full responsibility for his or her location. They will be responsible for building, teaching, and mentoring their team. It is the Chefs duty to strive to exceed guest's expectations, while working with their kitchen team. Maintain our commitment to freshness, seasonally inspired dishes and regionally inspired preparations offered. Other Chef duties will include but not be limited to: ordering, inventory, hiring, training, menu costing, menu development and maintaining a high level of food quality. The right candidate will know how to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L.

Qualifications:

· The Executive Chef should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation

· Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Chef

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must.

· High volume experience of 4+ years’ experience as an Exec or Sous Chef is preferred for this position

· Ability to expedite service and stay organized in a busy restaurant

· Working knowledge of mathematics for recipes, ordering, inventory, and financial purposes.

· Willingness to learn & grow in the position

· Thorough knowledge of sanitation guidelines, preferably certified in sanitation

· Quality driven with a passion for excellence

· Flexible work hours

· A culinary degree is a plus
