We're currently seeking a high-performing Regional Manager to oversee a small portfolio of affordable and conventional communities across the greater Nashville area and surrounding states.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can stabilize occupancy, improve site-level performance, and rebuild trust with onsite teams through supportive leadership. You'll partner closely with executives through regular updates, drive marketing and retention strategies (with support from an in-house marketing team), and take ownership of budgets and financial performance across a multi-state portfolio that includes a key turnaround asset in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance for a multi-state portfolio of approximately 5-7 communities
• Lead, coach, and support onsite teams with a visible, on-the-ground management style focused on accountability and service
• Drive turnaround strategy for an underperforming Tennessee asset, including occupancy recovery, leasing performance, and resident retention
• Own budgeting and financial oversight, including reviewing property financials and performance trends
• Provide consistent communication and weekly updates to executive leadership on progress, challenges, and action plans

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in regional or multi-site property management within multifamily
• Proven success stabilizing or turning around struggling assets, including occupancy and operational performance
• Strong financial acumen with experience building budgets and reviewing property-level reporting
• Ability to xhyhwjd develop and execute marketing and retention plans in partnership with a centralized marketing team
• Experience using Yardi
