We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing crews. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of managing job sites efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on job sites
• Manage daily workflow and production
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with project managers and customers professionally
• Inspect completed work for quality control
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements

• 3+ years of roofing experience
• Prior foreman or crew leadership experience
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Ability to read measurements and job scopes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
