Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join their client's team in California. This exciting opportunity is with a leading technology company that serves the scientific, industrial, medical, and manufacturing markets. The role involves supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and learning about complex products and applications.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders from entry through delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, production, shipping, finance, and technical teams.
- Support service requests, repairs, and returns.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in Salesforce.
- Provide proactive updates and exceptional customer service.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, customer support, or order management experience.
- Experience with order entry and order processing.
- Salesforce experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning technical products and terminology.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, semiconductor, medical device, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Experience with RMA, repair, service, or warranty support.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree.

Required Work Hours
