Responsibilities:

· Participate in the production and preparation of fresh cakes, pastries, and desserts

· Responsible for pastry production for the dining room and all other functions in the club as instructed by Pastry Chef

· Follow pastry-related recipes and ingredient purchase specifications

· Decorate pastry items for special events such as buffets and receptions

· Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards

· Assists in planning, preparing, and/or decorating special pastry items as necessary

· Assists in the monthly inventory

· Monitors control to minimize food and supply waste and theft

· Must comply with all health and safety guidelines

· Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record

Qualifications:

· Can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you

· Working knowledge of baking

· Ability to measure correctly, proper mixing and blending skills are required

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Have extensive knowledge of cooking temperatures and general food safety regulations

· Full-time flexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Compensation:
$24 - $28 per hour (Depending on Experience)
